The Shell-thingy

Baaaaaaaaru je lepas jawab call from Shell. Effective betui HR deme buat keje. Just to share with you people, the call was not a confirmation ke apa. Baru 1st stage je tu - phone interview. Lepas bberapa ketika (eceh!), org tu invite utk gi mass interview pulak. Ni 2nd stage. Ntah ada berapa lg stage pun xtahula. Punyala protokol nk masuk oil&gas company ni. Huu..

Seingat sy masa nk masuk keje kt tempat skrg ni, walked in interview je. Pastu pup! Dorg cakap ditawarkan bkerja and soh dtg next weeknya :)

Kalau sy diterima kerja kt Shell, akan ada perubahan besar dlm my routine.

1. Shift working hours
Since post tu under IT unit for HR department, no wonder ada shift hours. Ye dak? As a brief, ada 3 shift which rotate every month. 6am-3pm, 9am-6pm, 3pm-10pm. Roughly kalau tgk pd the periods, paling awal start pukul 6am and paling lewat smpi kul10pm. Yg lewat tu xde masalah, yg awal tu yg tkial-kial nnt nk bangkit g keje. Kekekeeke.. Lg satu masalah, CLASS UTM!!!!? Yg ni, wallahu'alam. Tak boleh fikir buat masa ni.

2. Cyberjaya
Yep. Will be located at Cyberjaya. Pernah gi sana? Sy pernah lalu bberapa kali. Sy gi Saba' Restaurant kt sana actually. For me la kan, tempat tu mcm xberapa nk hidup je. Maybe sbb surround with offices kot. Tp KL pun sama je keadaannya, still, xdela 'mati' begitu. Whatever it is, kalau dh mmg rezeki kerja di sana, sy... pindah sana la pulak gamaknya....

3. Contract 
Ni yg agak kekacauan sikit tp basically kt mana-mana pun akan ada contract period or so call probation period. Utk post ni, contract stahun, then tgk performance. Kalau perform well, dapatla absorb as permanent. Otherwise, renew the contract. Things were the same masa sy start keje kt my current company. Masa tu, lagi la, sy leasing employee. Maksudnya, sy ni under agensi, agensi 'sewakan' pd the company. Contract was 6 months. Lps tu, dorg renew contract. Dh complete 2 phases (6+6mths), baru the company kelam-kelibut siapkn document utk absorb me in as permanent employee. And taraa.. Alhamdulillah masih bkerja di sini smpi saat ni.

With the pro's and con's, sy nk serah kt Allah je nnt. InsyaAllah, will do istikharah spya sy tahu sy kuat hati ke mana. Ke sana atau kekal di sini (cakap beria padahal baru masuk 1st stage la cik gayah oii..!)
