Cerita tentang minyak dan payung


Dr bln 4 mula dpt B, sampai laa ni, saya mmg susukan B dgn minyak company. 2kali je desperate isi minyak logo hija. Sekali masa kt penang, the second time bile ek x igt. Tp yg pastinya selagi blh cari logo cengkerang, selagi tu lah akan pndang sipi2 jek yg lain. Bkn berlagak dan bkn pula yg lain tu xbagus/xbest. Masing2 ada teknologi bahan api yg tersendiri. Cuma saya rasa xsalah if saya support product company tmpt saya mkn gaji berbanding produk negara.

Dulu2 masa zaman sewa kete or pnjm kete kwn, saya suka isi esso. Sbb saya rasa enjin kete jd lbh smooth. So why did I tepek gambar payung hija tu? Takdak apa sgt. Smlm masa tgk berita harga minyak naik, tetiba kt fb nmpk kwn comment kt page minyak hija - kt gambar yg saya tepek ni lah. At first I was like Cantiknya payung!! Macam.. nak.. satu.. But then when I read the comments (there were like 300+ comments), all are in negative tones. Tak kurang jg yg tetiba comment iklan jana pendapatan -_-"

What with the payung that everyone marah sgt? Harga minyak yg naik. Payung tu percuma kan?? Rupanya yg org dok mengamuk sbb actually promo payung free ni dh lama & dh berjalan sblm ni. Dan promo tu dah hbs dah pun! Tp raaaaamai yg xdapat buat penebusan sbb stok payung free tu hbs. Hbs terrrlalu awal dr tarikh akhir promosi. Disebabkan promosi dh berakhir, habuan yg dijanjikan pula smpi ke sudah xdpt, maka dorg pun dh buangla kad/resit (bukti utk redeem payung) tu. Tuptup 2mggu kendian promosi ni run balik. Mmg mengamuk la kan. Sbb mcm digula-gulakan.

It may sounds like Ala, payung je pun.. But that wasnt the pain. The actual pain is that you have broken your promises to the people. Kena fikir logik. Dlm satu hari je dr pukul 12:01am ke 11:59pm berapa ribu driver & biker yg ngisi minyak? Kalau seminggu? Sebulan? Dah kalau stok payung free kome hntr kt branch 100kaki payung je utk stok redemption sebulan, pastu tak restock, mmg logik la the people yg xdpt tu mengamuk.

In this scenario, sapa nk kena ping? I would say marketing department. All the idea, survey, strategy, vendor, (& budget proposal) came from that glamour department.

Dulu masa saya kerja kt Celcom pun ada isu-isu yg lbh kurang mcmni. Walaupun marketing wasnt my field of duty, tp yg mana tau saya keje Celcom sure hentam saya if dorg xpuas hati dgn promo Celcom. Kdg2 network mengong pun saya juga yg kena hentam. Mcm kn saya ni blh pnjat antena nk adjust2 network -_-" Prepaid kena potong pun Cik Gayah yg kena hentam tau. -_-"

As a wrap, saya nk ckp, kepada staff minyak hija, bertabahlah ye dgn isu payung ni. U just have to deal wth it as u carry the big name. Dan kepada kita-kita, it is good that we have a place (fb) to rant. May the big name sees this issue. Cumanya, berpada lah. Jgn nnt pantang jumpa staff minyak hija, hbs kita sembur deme tanya psl payung. Ingat, deme keje kt sykt minyak, bkn sykt payung.
