First time makan Boat Noodle

Yeeaaaaahh I know right... Boat Noodle in 2017?? Sooo old-school, sooo out-dated, sooo not viral & sooo whatnot anymore. Takpelah uolls... lambat pun lambat lah asalkan nyempat juga Cik Gayah nk merasa Boat Noodle ni ha.

En.Ubi la, mithali sgt pi tanya Cik Gayah nak makan Boat Noodle ke idok. Terusss tekak Cik Gayah mcm eh mengandung 4 bulan 5 hari ke ni tetiba mengidam nau nau nk merasa Boat Noodle. Sepantas kilat mandi, zohor, pastu bersiap gincu bagai & jom! We headed to Sunway Putra Mall. Dulu masa SPM ni baru direnovate, rajin jg dtg sini semata-mata nk mkn takoyaki. Then nmpk signboard Boat Noodle Coming Soon. By that time Boat Noodle ni mmg tgh viral gila tp outlets yg dh ada masa tu agak jauh sikit dr area kami and kami bkn jenis yg hardcore jjcm. So tawadduk ajelah nunggu Boat Noodle ni buka kat SPM ni.

Boat Noodle Sunway Putra Mall kat level 4 - Asian Street Food. Hujuuung sekali. Restoran dia a bit cramp tp budak2 waiter kt situ bg saya cukup sopan dan berhemah dlm melayan customer. Kami smpi situ around pukul 3+pm tp full house. Masing2 mcm baru nk lunch gamaknya.

So we had to queue. 15-20 minit menunggu until we got our seats. Sementara menunggu be seated tu, nmpk standing-bunting depa letak kt depan tu, suh download Boat Noodle apps to enjoy 2 free bowls. Boleh redeem straight away pulak tuh. Walahh!! :)

So marilah kita menjadi pengguna yg bijak :)

 

 

Kita boleh pilih nk redeem 2 bowls free ke atau nak discount on total bill (5%-20% discounts). Kalau total bill korang banyak, berbaloi la nk guna discount. Tp utk total bill yg sikit, better redeem free bowls. Oh btw, harga semangkuk ialah RM1.90 (atau RM2.01 termasuk gst). Apepun, pandai2 lah korang do the calculation sblm order/bayar. Hehe #tipschipsket

Memandangkan ini adalah kali pertama we wanted to taste their menu, kami pilih jalan selamat utk rasa menu asas Boat Noodle.

We had :

Egg noodle with Ayuthaya gravy with beef × 2 bowls

Rice noodle with Phatumtani gravy and chicken × 1 bowl

3 mangkuk jekkk utk 2org mkn??? Ahahahahahahahahah sikit gilos kann!

Kami cuma nk merasa je. Kot order byk2 kang pastu x kena selera, membazir puleks. Hence the 3 bowls.

Rasa rasa rasa eh mcm not bad jugak. But we started to have preference. Kami prefer egg noodle with Ayuthaya gravy. Beef ke chicken ke sama dua2 sedap. Egg noodle ni dia mcm maggie tp lg halus/nipis. Rice noodle tu pulak dia kenyal2 sikit mcm mee asam laksa. Tp ok je rasa dia. Cuma we prefer egg noodle.

Kuah pulak, yg Ayuthaya tu dia ada rasa masam manis yg well-blend. Kuah Pathumtani tu pulak dia ada rasa yg pelik sikit.. xtahu nk describe caner. Tp kalau dr my taste bud, yg kuah Pathumtani tu mcm lebih perasa (ajinamoto?).

We end up had 6 bowls in total plus iced thai tea (Cha Yen RM6.90).

Total bill was RM20.35 tp kan td dh download apps Boat Noodle so dpt 2 mangkuk percuma woot woot!!! :) New bill costs us Rm16.15 sahaja :)

En.Ubi ajak masuk Popular tengok buku utk Affan. En.Ubi dr kecik memang ulat buku so semoga Affan inherits tabiat membaca en.Ubi tu :)

Best2 pulak buku babies & toddlers kat Popular sini. Buku babies pun join sekali back to school sale hahah :P 

Sebelum bergerak pulang, mulut terasa nak mengunyah. Marilah kita merengek kat sang suami minta dibelikan Auntie Anne's. Dah beli, baru terperasan kat sebelah booth Auntie Anne's tu, ialah booth Cinnabon. Dah lama nk try ni. Seketul RM7+ woiii. Hmmm next time next time k.

Dalam kereta en.Ubi tanya nak repeat lg tak Boat Noodle? Naaaaakkk!! Tp lepas ni maybe kita try kat outlet lain. Avenue K or M3 Mall. Kat situ maybe x cramp sgt kot? Dah tu je nak cerita. Tata!

Baby 6 bulan mandi swimming pool?

End of 2016 haritu en.Ubi bawa join berholiday kat Port Dickson dgn his family members. Dah mcm tradisi pulak sbb last 2 years pun we came here (same purposes, place, same room, same bed, same all same same hahah). Masa tu Affan still in my tummy :)

Spending time with ALL your family members are cool but I long for intimate and more quality holiday with just the 3 of us.. En.Ubi, Affan, & I. InshaaAllah the day will come and I wanted to enjoy it to the fullest.

Gambar x byk yg best sbb we just found out that Affan is scared of air laut. Maybe the wave's sound. Maybe the wave that hitting his tiny toes. Or maybe he memang takut air? No couldnt be... sbb kalau mandi kt rumah dia punya seronok tu smpi xnk keluar bilik air hokey..

Looking back to gambar2 ni buat saya bersyukur for having en.Ubi yg sudi bertolak ansur dan faham dan sama2 nk yg terbaik utk anak kami, Affan. Days before kami pi PD ni saya dh discuss dgn en.Ubi yg kami taknak Affan main/mandi air in the pool. Air laut is ok but not the pool. Happen to be balik dr PD, kwn saya bgthu that her toddler (2yo) is suspected for rotavirus after mandi kt swimming pool tempat depa menginap. Na'uzubillahiminzalik.. dan semoga anak dia segera sembuh!

Saya hormat pilihan ibubapa lain yg membenarkan anak dorg main swimming pool but for me, Affan is just 6m+ & saya taknak japordize kesihatan dia dgn bg dia berendam sama kt tempat yg ada budak lain shishi or sneeze dlm tu. You never know! Even the pool guard kt situ advised me not to let my baby join in the pool sbb budak2 ada yg bawa pasir dr tepi laut, never wash themselves terus kecepuss masuk swimming pool tu. So hopefully we can imagine segala apa yg bergelumang dlm pool tu. Shishi, hingus, kahak, kutu, kelemumur, daki, pasir.. running to my baby's skin? Oh no never..

Affan inshaaAllah he have many more years to come. InshaaAllah he will one day akan sedia utk mandi public swimming pool (when his immune system inshaaAllah are all well developed and stronger). For now, biarlah kecap2 kaki kat air laut je dulu, ye nak..

Saya tahu I'm a little bit too kiasu but urmm uh-oh, I just wanted to protect my little one. I carried and protect him with my life for 8months before and he is now just 6months out of my tummy. So..

Azam?

DAH 2017!!!

Saya tak pernah ada azam spesifik utk tahun baru. Simply sebab tak pernah berjaya fulfil the resolution so terus mcm ahh takyah la berazam bagai. Hanya akan memberi impact negative pd diri sendiri bila in the end of the year, kita realize yg kita tak dpt realisasikan apa yg diazamkan tu. People may easily say, hidup tanpa azam ibarat kapal belayar di lautan luas tanpa peta. Ewah ayat tahun baru penuh melankolik gitu. But I do have solid reasons on why I dont need to have a proper resolution when entering a new year (whichhhhh I strongly believe neither there is no point to write it here nor I need to let others understand all my pancaroba).

Anyhow, alhamdulillah my target in life utk get married before / by 30 yo, Allah kabulkan. Dan lebih Allah luaskan rezeki saya dgn lahirnya Affan. He such a miracle gift to me. Adanya Affan, menjadikan saya seorang ibu. Saya tak pernah terfikir saya mampu untuk menjaga dan menyayangi anyone like I cares and loves him. My loves towards Affan is beyond infinity. Ibu loves you so so much, nak.. :')

My next target in life are these :

Pergi umrah / haji dengan en.Ubi and Affan

Jadi fulltime ibu and isteri yg cantik sambil rumah pun cantik berkemas.

I know, the target is big. Tapi saya yakin, selagi saya usaha, sabar, dan terus menghajati target ni, Allah akan kurniakan cepat atau lambat. Someone shared a quote to me not so long time ago and saya sukakannya as it relates so much with my life.

Biar cepat atau lambat, asalkan laluan kita membawa kita ke destinasi yg diimpikan, itu sudah memadai buat saya :)
